Carbon60 and Carbon60 Project Services – one of the UK’s Top 25 Veteran Employers – are honoured to have retained our Gold Award status in the Ministry of Defence’s ‘Defence Employer Recognition Scheme’.
Having previously achieved Gold status in 2019, recognising Carbon60’s commitment to our Armed Forces and Service personnel, receiving this 2024 award celebrates and reaffirms our continued support for veterans and service leavers – and their families – as they navigate the transition from military to civilian life and look to begin and thrive in a new, post-service career.
Decades of Support for our Service People
Carbon60 have been in partnership with the Ministry of Defence and our Armed Forces, including the Royal Navy, for over three decades.
Throughout this time, we have committed ourselves to providing veterans and ex-forces personnel with the support, guidance and opportunities they need to make a safe, secure and exciting transition into a civilian career, in a variety of roles and industries. We value the engineering and leadership skills as well as the values they can bring to civilian industry.
Meanwhile, our experienced people – including 80% of C60 Project Services’ staff who served in the forces themselves – strive to provide insights and advice to any veteran or service leaver who needs it.
