Meet the Team

Since joining Impellam Group in 2013, initially to support a growing account in the Government and Defence sector, Jenny has established herself as an integral part of our team and is now at the heart of managing and supporting the end-to-end delivery of outsources services to our MOD clients.

In her role of Account Director for Carbon60 Project Services, Jenny’s day-to-day focus is on delivering our expert, service-based IT, Engineering and Digital Solutions, predominantly within the Maritime domain, and utilising her experience, expertise, and insight to help drive the us and our people forward.

Steve has been leading Carbon60’s bid function for over 10 years. With an array of experience in both public and private sector, Steve oversees our work winning strategies, sales processes, and contract retention through professional, robust, and effective bid management. His role includes supporting and controlling our technical subject matter experts, account management, commercial teams, executives, and partners to craft value for money solutions that exceed statements of requirements.  

As Project Control and Governance Director, I sit within the account leadership team and provide expertise and guidance across Carbon60 Project Services portfolio of contracts to Navy Command. A key part of my role is ensuring the people that work for us are adequately supported, our customers receive the level of service they expect, and our processes and governance procedures are compliant and aligned to our business objectives. My 40 years combined work experience includes serving in the Royal Navy and across the Defence Infrastructure, specialising in Maritime Domain Awareness and Communications and Information Systems.
